Spencer Trowbridge has a deep background as a business and legal affairs professional in the entertainment industry. He formerly served as Business Development and General Counsel at Rumblefish, a music licensing and online video monetization company. In addition, he served as Licensing Counsel and Director of Licensing at CD Baby, a leading digital distribution company for independent music. Mr. Trowbridge also practiced intellectual property law at two law firms in the downtown Portland metropolitan area.
